Hartwachsöl feuert an und belebt die natürliche Struktur, vertieft die Tönung der behandelten Untergründe. Zur rationellen, zeitsparenden Oberflächenbehandlung aller saugfähigen Holz- und Korkböden, Holzwerkstoffplatten wie Sterling OSB-Platten, etc. im Innenbereich. Kann als Grundierung oder Endbeschichtung eingesetzt werden.
Nicht für Untergründe mit ständiger Nassbelastung.

1. Vorbehandlung : Der Untergrund muss trocken (Holzfeuchte max. 12 %) und sauber sein, evtl. mit BIOFA Verdünnung 0500 reinigen. Endschliff der Oberflächen im Bodenbereich mit 120-150er Korn bzw. Gitter, im Möbel- und Innenausbau mit Korn 180-240. Es können auch entsprechende Kunststoffpads verwendet werden.
2. Grundanstrich Hartwachsöl gut aufrühren. Im Bodenbereich mit einer Flächenstreicher oder der Mikrofaserrolle dünn und gleichmäßig auftragen. Für Möbel- oder Innenausbauflächen mit Pinsel, Rolle oder im Spritzverfahren verarbeiten.
Alternativ kann auch mit Universal Hartgrund lösemittelfrei Art. Nr. 3755 grundiert werden, um eine bessere Tiefenwirkung und Lösemittelreduzierung zu erreichen.
3. Zwischen- und Schlussanstrich Nach ca. 24 Stunden mit Gitter 150-180, im Möbel- und Innenausbau mit Korn 240 zwischenschleifen und nach gründlichem entstauben 2. Anstrich auftragen. Bei sehr saugstarken Untergründen wie Korkparkett, etc. ist evtl. ein weiterer Auftrag mit Hartwachsöl erforderlich.
1. Auftrag: ca. 60 - 80 ml/m2 bzw. 12-16 m2/l.
2. und 3. Auftrag je 45–60 ml/m2 bzw. 16–22 m2/l.
Sofort nach Gebrauch mit Verdünnung 0500 reinigen.
Inhaltsstoffe:
Aromatenfreies hochgereinigtes Testbenzin, Ricinenöl-Kolophoniumharzverkochung, modifizierte Ricinenöl-Kolophoniumharzverkochung, Safloröl-Kolophoniumharzverkochung, Mattierungsmittel, Tonerde, Mikrowachs, Zinkoxid, Quellton, Netzmittel, Entschäumer, Kobalt-, Zirkonium- und Mangan-Trockner, Antioxidans.
