Wasserbasierte Beschichtung für Holzoberflächen im Innenbereich. Er feuert an und unterstreicht die natürliche Struktur des Holzes und erzielt eine matte, dauerhafte und wasserabweisende Oberfläche. Wird für Grundierungen und Endanstriche verwendet.

Anwendung:
1. Vorbehandlung
Der Untergrund muss trocken (Holzfeuchte max. 12 %), saugfähig, schmutz- und fettfrei sein. Alte Anstriche entfernen. Endschliff bei Möbeloberflächen mit 240er Körnung, bei Fußböden mit 150-180er Körnung vornehmen.
2. Grundanstrich
Bei stark saugenden Untergründen oder bei einer gewünschten starken Anfeuerung wird als Grundanstrich der BIOFA® Universal Hartgrund Art. Nr. 3754 lösemittelhaltig genomen und 24 Stunden trocknen lassen
Bei schwach bis normal saugenden Untergründen bzw. wenn keine Anfeuerung gewünscht ist, wird Hartöl Aqua als Grundanstrich mit Pinsel, Mikrofaserroller, oder Spritzpistole aufgebracht und 6 Stunden trocknen lassen.
Hartöl Aqua zieht schnell an und muss zügig und ansatzfrei verarbeitet werden.
3. Schlussanstrich zwischenschleifen und die Schlussbeschichtung dünn und gleichmäßig aufbringen.
Fußböden sind nach 3 Tagen vorsichtig und nach 7 Tagen voll belastbar.
4. Reinigung und Pflege der Oberflächen
Trockene Reinigung mit weichem Besen, Tuch, Mopp oder Staubsaugerbürste. Bei feuchter Reinigung mit BIOFA NACASA Universal-reiniger 4010.
Ergiebigkeit:
1. Auftrag 70-80 ml/m² bzw. 12-14 m²/l.
2. und 3. Auftrag 60-70 ml/m² bzw. 14-17 m²/l, je nach Saugfähigkeit des Untergrundes.
Reinigung:
Sofort nach Gebrauch mit Wasser und BIOFA® Pinselreiniger 0600
Inhaltsstoffe:
Wasser, aliphatische Polyurethandispersion auf Basis Rizinusöl, Hartwachsdispersion, Polysiloxane, mehrwertige Alkohole.
8245 enthält Cellulose
>8045 enthalten max. 40 g/l VOC
